Standard Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
Express Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service.
Special Delivery:
We have next day delivery options available via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next day before 1pm). Please place orders by 2pm on a weekday to ensure next day delivery.
Worldwide Shipping
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any import fees. Amanita mushrooms are currently illegal in the following countries which we are unable to ship to:
Australia
Italy
Lithuania
Netherlands
Romaina
Iceland
On occasion, Amanita mushroom products are still declined by international customs due to the grey area from which they sit in many countries laws. We urge you to investigate the import laws for Amanita in your country before ordering outside of the UK.
We currently use Royal mail for international orders. These will be handed to your own local domestic mail on arrive into the country. Delivery can take 5-21 days. Due to the nature of our products, we can see delays with customs. Please be patient.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Reporting Issues:
If your UK order has not arrived within 8 business days (or 28 days for international orders), please contact us. We will provide a replacement if the order is confirmed lost. For damaged items, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
If you are ordering outside of the UK, you do so at your own risk. All shipping charges are non refundable. We will refund orders in full (minus shipping charges and/or fees) from outside the UK once customs has returned the items to us. Please note that process can take several months.
If you are interested in researching Amanita outside of the UK, we strongly urge you to seek out a supplier in your own country before ordering from the UK. We still have many import/export issues related to Brexit and customs will always pay more attention to ANYTHING coming from the UK at present.
